Chef-owner Jan Chotalal has reopened her restaurant in her hometown aftr closing the original in Waterbury in 2012. It continues to serve a multicultural menu of Mexican and Caribbean cuisine, such as jalapeño poppers and West Indies brown chicken, along with some Italian additions.
