Executive chef Steve Vazzano and pastry chef Maria Hill moved their popular restaurant, Parsons Dinner House, from a flood-prone spot in Barton to a luxurious countryside manor, giving it a new name to reflect the setting. They serve upscale comfort food, ranging from pink peppercorn-seared scallops to house-smoked spareribs. Sunday brunch.
