Originally a sister business to chef/co-owner Joe Buley's well-established soup-making operation, Joe's Kitchen at Screamin' Ridge Farm, the café is now run by a cousins Sadananda Hira and Amit Mojumdar with Buley's guidance. They serve up breakfast sandwiches, Joe's Kitchen soups, salads and sandwiches.
