Talk: 'On a Queer, Feminist, Socially Engaged Painting Practice'

New York painter Clarity Haynes creates large-scale portraits of women, trans and gender-nonconforming people. Her longstanding Breast Portrait Project explores the torso as a site for portraiture, and reveals themes of trauma, healing and self-determination.

These community event listings are sponsored by the WaterWheel Foundation, a project of the Vermont band Phish.
