'Steal This Story, Please!'

Catamount Arts will host a special screening and Q&A with journalist Amy Goodman, Saturday, June 20th, at noon, in support of the thrilling documentary, “Steal This Story, Please!” currently touring throughout the country. The documentary, by Oscar-nominated filmmakers Carl Dean and Tia Lessin (“Trouble the Water,” “The Janes”) follows the peerless and relentless Amy Goodman as she takes on soldiers, politicians, and corporate media in fearless pursuit of truth. “Steal This Story, Please!” is both a call to action and a celebration of resistance, exploring what happens to democracy when the press surrenders to power.
