Artists are invited to submit proposals for this outdoor festival in Stowe, presented in partnership with Helen Day Art Center. Artists are encouraged to propose light-based sculptural objects and installations. Three artists will be chosen for three locations, one of which will be a "Light Tunnel." $1,000 to $3,000 stipends available. For details and to submit, visit helenday.com. Deadline: November 1.
