Spring Fling Fundraiser

Friends of the Rochester Public Library will host their 2nd annual Spring Fling Fundraiser featuring Bianca Stone, VT Poet Laureate, reading from her new book, "A Near and Distant World". Also, Sara Tucker (Korongo Books), Jack Rowell (photographer), Caroline Tavelli-Abar (live art happening), Free Soup (inspired by Major Jackson's forthcoming publication, "A Bowl of Goodness...Nourishing Poems with a Side of Soup"), and Spontaneous Haiku, the results of which will be made into a published chapbook. There will be a silent raffle, library Friends swag, and a membership drive to benefit the library. Free and Open to all comers.
