Soweto Gospel Choir

Grammy- and Emmy Award-winning vocal group Soweto Gospel Choir spark joy at Barre Opera House with an evocative, genre-busting concert titled “Peace.” The jubilant program lifts listeners with South African freedom songs, traditional spirituals, and classic hits such as “Man in the Mirror” and “You’ll Never Walk Alone,” as well as crowd favorites from 20th-century luminaries Aretha Franklin, Harry Belafonte and Leonard Cohen.
