The annual arts festival in Burlington's South End Arts District is partly virtual this year, but some artist studios will be open for visitors, artists will set up tables outdoors, and multiple businesses throughout Pine Street and Flynn Avenue will exhibit art and hold receptions. Note: Fashion show STRUT is postponed until March. Kids Hop will offer take-home goodie bags on Saturday from the Artist Market on Pine Street.
