Shakespeare in the Woods returns for its 6th Repertory Season! The “modern, radical, and queer” outdoor theatre company's summer season will offer provocative new adaptations of LEAR and MERRY WIVES by the season’s directors Elizabeth Dinkova (Lear) and Jaz Hall (Merry Wives), featuring original music by Elsa Kennedy. Performances run 8/12-8/30. Weds-Sun, rain or shine, at 7:30PM in Manchester, VT. Sliding Scale tickets are available for advance online purchase, and at the box office day of performances. Special Community Events: Queer Affinity Night Performances w/talkback on 8/20 & /27.
