Recess for Adults

Who says playtime is just for kids? Adults let their inner children run wild at Recess for Adults, presented by Peterson Quality Malt. The Addison County Fairgrounds are transformed into a grown-up playground for a day of lawn games, music, and local brews and bites by Bar Antidote. Those looking for a little friendly competition can partake in disc golf, kickball, malt-bag sack races, and state championship corn-hole and four-square tournaments. Joggers with stomachs of steel can stretch their legs — and their guts — in the Beer Mile, the first to happen in Vermont since 2011. Camping is available for responsible recreation.
