Public Comment on Art Commission
The public is invited to attend a virtual presentation of preliminary design concepts from four Vermont artists who are competing for a $43,000 permanent public art commission for the Vermont Department of Mental Health Recovery Residence under construction in Essex. The four artists—Michael Cerulli Billingsley, Carol Langstaff, Kathryn Wiegers and Valerie Hird —will present images, drawings, plans or models. Zoom link available at vermontartscouncil.org.
