'Krapp's Last Tape'

$15-30
“Krapp’s Last Tape” is a one-act play Samuel Beckett, described recently in the New York Times as a"55-minute contemplation of mortality." It is the story of an old man listening to a recording he made thirty years before. Simple enough. And yet Beckett manages to challenge us to think about ourselves, about memory, about the essence of time and, ultimately, about what it means to be human. In an age of Instagram and Facebook, it challenges us to think harder about what we’re leaving in our wake as we slowly make our way forward in time. Performed by Vince Rossano.
