It might not seem like Christmas is just around the corner, but the drugstore aisles beg to differ. So, just in time, Battery Street Jeans in Burlington presents the gleefully morose morsels of artist Kirsten Hurley. What morsels, you ask? Dozens of crafty, ornament-like concoctions of feathers, pom-poms, tinsel, rhinestones and googly eyes, all adorning the word “death,” written in the center. Not only a superstar example of cheerful, smart-ass millennial nihilism, the hanging works are sort of seasonally appropriate, and are affordably priced.
