Jesse Taylor Band, the Leatherbound Books, the Eyetraps

With confessional lyrics that reflect a musician whose heart is firmly on her sleeve, Burlington singer-songwriter JESSE TAYLOR has one foot in the world of folk but is equally capable of going full-throttle rock goddess with her killer backing band. Taylor first caught local attention on her 2021 EP, ever-changing, a ’90s-loving collection of pop-punk and folk rock suffused with tenderness and raw energy. She and her band are finally back with a swaggering new LP, feel everything, which drops this Friday, June 5. Taylor and her band wrap up a tour in support of the record on Saturday, June 6, at Higher Ground Showcase Lounge in South Burlington. They’re joined by fellow Burlington rockers the LEATHERBOUND BOOKS and the EYETRAPS.
