An old-fashioned town parade kicks off family-friendly entertainment complete with a frog-jumping contest, kids games and music by the Woedoggies. Head to Smugglers’ Notch Resort at 5 p.m. for the Firemen’s Barbecue on the Green, patriotic music by the Vermont National Guard 40th Army Band and mountaintop fireworks.
