High Country Grill

Join us out back on our Harbor Terrace for Hotel Vermont’s High Country Grill! A gathering of Cajun flavors, cold beer, and live music inspired by the spirit of low country Louisiana. The a la carte menu will feature meats from 5th Quarter including Cajun style sausage, hot dogs, and muffuletta sandwiches from our outdoor grill. We'll be serving up Lawson's Finest Liquids new 'Easy Sip'. Live entertainment provided by Les Taiauts Trio (pronounced Lay Tie-Oh), who will bring Cajun music from Southwest Louisiana, via Western Mass. Driving two steps, wailing waltzes and more for your dancing and listening pleasure! Bring your dancing shoes, there will also be Cajun two-step dance instruction prior to the performance!
