From Housing Justice to Civic Power: A Vermont Action Summit

Through a thought-provoking panel focused on current housing issues and voter engagement followed by interactive action labs, participants will engage in real-time strategy building around key housing policy issues and voter access. The breakout sessions - Policy Rapid Response, Tenant Power & Storytelling, Building Local Civic Engagement, and Housing Justice & Voter Access - include tools for organizing, advocating, and building power in communities and participants will come up with action plans for next steps in their communities. The summit concludes with a voter registration drive to support ongoing civic participation and community impact.
