DJ Melo Grant is a Burlington institution. For almost 35 years, she’s hosted the radio program “Cultural Bunker” on the University of Vermont’s WRUV 90.1 FM and other local stations. In her tenure, she’s served as something of a local oracle for all things rap. Back before you could stream curated playlists at the touch of a button, Grant was the curator.
