The event will give community members an opportunity to explore Civil Air Patrol’s missions in emergency services, cadet leadership, aerospace education, and community service through interactive exhibits and demonstrations. Guests will be able to view a CAP aircraft up close, experience flight and drone simulators, learn about search-and-rescue operations, and explore STEM technologies including artificial intelligence and 3D printing. The Open House is open to students, parents, educators, business leaders, and community partners interested in learning how Civil Air Patrol serves Vermont communities as the official auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force.
