The Capital City Band will play a free concert Wednesday night from 7 PM-8 PM on the Greenway Institute Green (former Vermont College campus). We will be set up near the College St/Ridge St corner of the green. The band has been playing community concerts for the city of Montpelier for over 150 years! All are welcome! Bring the kids to play and dance around; bring a picnic dinner to enjoy on the Green! Bring a blanket and chairs and come enjoy some march classics, Broadway show tunes, contemporary and classical pieces! The band also welcomes new members.
