River Arts, Lamoille Housing Partnership and Evernorth seek proposals for a 12-panel mural to be permanently installed on the Village Center Apartments façade in Morrisville. All materials provided; artist to receive a $2,500 stipend to complete the project. Visit riverartsvt.org for details.
