Blackout Poetry Workshop

Did you know that April is National Poetry Month? As the first signs of spring emerge, it’s the perfect time to make something new! On Saturday, April 18 from 12-2 PM, join us at the Bixby Library to create blackout poetry from old books. Black out most of the text and let a few chosen words spark new meaning—add drawings, patterns, or collage, and watch your page transform into something new! RSVP required, limited spots available. Email Miranda at [email protected] to sign up!

These community event listings are sponsored by the WaterWheel Foundation, a project of the Vermont band Phish.
