Art walk in historic Chelsea includes four venues hosting receptions for artists: Orange County Parent Child Center with works created by children; SafeArt with work by Cleopatra Redbird, the Ghost Girl Series; Chelsea Public Library with drawings of beloved libraries by Gary Barron; and North Common Arts with work by mixed-media artist Larry Bowling.
