T. Rugg's Tavern— Beloved local bartender Mike Dunn bought this Old North End institution in 2021. It’s open 365 days a year, from noon to 2 a.m., and has all the calling cards of a classic dive — pool tables, darts, a jukebox and plenty of PBR — but the bathrooms are clean.
