Prohibition Pig — This year, the brewpub graduated from the former Alchemist's old one-barrel brewing system to a brand-new, 49-seat brewery and tasting room behind the restaurant. Now brew hounds can "meat here" to enjoy their pint of Amarillo Dream or Brass Monkey.
