The Return of the Tuesday Deadline Linkdump

• Introducting Audio Dream Theater, Vermont-based liberal political satire by Philip Baruth, Alex Ball and Neil Jensen. Follow the link and scroll down to find the audio player. First episode is about Jim Douglas and Brian Dubie. It's a little long for my short attention span, but has some entertaining moments. Such as:

Dubie: Hi, Dad!

Douglas:Brian, I’m not your father. I’m the Governor. You’re the LieutenantGovernor. Together we make up The League of Two ExtraordinaryRepublican Gentlemen. [Pause] What’s that you’re wearing?

Dubie: It’s a flight suit. Gives voters confidence.

Douglas: Not the flight suit. What’s that?

Dubie: It’s a codpiece. Gives voters additional confidence.

Douglas:Darn it, Brian. Take that thing off. [Sound of clanging metal in thedistance as Dubie throws codpiece away] No gentleman, Extraordinary orotherwise, calls attention to his little Speaker Pro Tem.
